Tenants Protest K3 Holdings In Beverly Hills, Allege Abuse: Report
A group of tenants from the Los Angeles area on Saturday protested outside K3 Holdings's Beverly Hills office.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Tenants from across Los Angeles on Saturday held a demonstration in Beverly Hills protesting what they said was abusive behavior by K3 Holdings, ABC7 reported.
K3 Holdings, which has found itself at the center of tenants' rights controversies, owns more than 60 rent-controlled buildings in Los Angeles. Tenants at Saturday's demonstration claimed the company was wrongfully evicting people and failing to properly maintain its buildings.
