Where Are Hillary Clinton's Pantsuits Made? Right Here in Beverly Hills

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — A Beverly Hills designer of high-end pantsuits has been drawn into the presidential election political dogfight.

In a segment on the Sunday morning news program "Fox and Friends," anchor Anna Kooiman said pantsuits designed by Susanna Beverly Hills that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton often wears were made outside the United States.

Kooiman was quoting a reporter from The Hill, a political news site, claiming Clinton's pantsuits are manufactured outside the U.S. "Clinton was wearing one of her pantsuits, which range in price from $3,000 to $15,000, usually made by Armani, Ralph Lauren and Susanna of Beverly Hills ... clothing from designers who manufacture most of theirs in China, Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka," Kooiman told viewers.

Susanna Forest, the owner and designer of Susanna Beverly Hills, said "Fox and Friends" — and The Hill — got their facts wrong about her business. The designer said every step of her process is carried out entirely from her studio in Beverly Hills.

"Susanna Beverly Hills garments are the product of hundreds of hours of American labor, and women, including Hillary Clinton, can be proud to wear a garment that has been crafted with the absolute most care and skill here in the United States," the fashion house said in a release.

The anchors were discussing Clinton's hypocrisy in criticizing GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump for manufacturing clothes bearing his name outside the U.S.
