• Group connects LGBTQ people to the outdoors (ebar.com) — Bodega Bay residents have a new way to ring in the new year outdoors, with Branching Out Adventures hosting a December 31 tide pool outing at Carmet Beach. The LGBTQ-focused nonprofit connects queer community members through low-pressure hikes and camping trips, and is also planning a January 1 tide pool event nearby plus additional 2026 excursions.
