Il Piccolo Ritrovo to Open Second Restaurant in Brentwood

The owners of an Italian trattoria that opened on Sunset Boulevard in Pacific Palisades less than a year ago brings their second location to Brentwood Village, according to EaterLA.

Il Piccolo Ritrovo will be taking over the former space of San Gennaro Cafe at 140 Barrington Place and should be opening soon. At the space in Pali, owners Tarcisio Mosconi and Nando Silvestri came in and did a complete overhaul, including installing a $25,000 wood-burning oven that fires at 1,000 degrees and cooks a pizza pie in 90 seconds.
