Add Exercise to Your Morning Commute
Get out of the car and hop on a bike for the 18th annual Bike to Work Day.

Break out your bike shorts, dust off your helmet and get ready to cycle Thursday for the 18th annual Bay Area Bike to Work Day.
With the weather expected to reach the low 70s, it should be a nice day for a bike ride.
“Bike to Work Day provides an opportunity for people who are considering biking to work or to a transit stop to try it along with thousands of other new and regular cyclists, while being cheered on at the energizer stations along the way,” said John Ford, Executive Director of the Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance. “When commuters consider today’s high gas prices and the unproductive hours they spend in traffic, we hope they will hop on their bikes and see how easy and rewarding biking to work can be.”
