Police Blotter: Car Fire and Loud Drums

Wednesday, Jan. 18

9:34 a.m. License plates were stolen from a car on the 800 block of Hinckley Road.

10:28 a.m. There was a report of a subject putting bird seed out in a parking lot on the 1100 block of California Drive.

4:44 p.m. A report was taken for a felony hit and run at the Broadway Ramp from Highway 101 Northbound.

5:02 p.m. A female with a clip board was walking along the 1000 block of Chula Vista Avenue and told the reporting resident she didn't need anything from their house today.

7:59 p.m. Several cars were parked in the crosswalk on the 700 block of Fairfield Road.

Thursday, Jan. 19

1:24 a.m. An alarm was set off in error by a cleaning crew on the 500 block of Airport Boulevard.

2:46 a.m. An unknown subject broke a bathroom window on the 1100 block of Chula Vista Avenue.

9:36 a.m. A male was reportedly sleeping in the bushes on the 3000 block of Arguello Drive.

4:21 p.m. There was a car fire on the 1000 block of Burlingame Avenue.

9:50 p.m. There was a report of loud drumming on the 3000 block of Arguello Drive. The resident was contacted and will play at a better hour.

10:50 p.m. A resident reported a male and female tumbling on the ground of the hallway of a 1000 block of Rollins Road building when looking through a keyhole. The building checked clear.
