Police Blotter: Dog on the Loose and Suspicious Man

Friday, March 30
2:36 a.m. There was a report of a suspicious man carrying bags at David Road and Rollins Road. He was located and said he was on his way to the airport.
9:02 a.m. A subject was reportedly going through recycling bins at Chula Vista Avenue and Sanchez Avenue. The person had no recyclables on them when found.

1:34 p.m. Items were stolen from the front of a residence on the 2900 block of Arguello Drive.
2:01 p.m. Four cars were keyed in the parking lot on the 1100 block of Carolan Avenue.

7:28 p.m. Two juveniles reportedly threw a rock at a car at Howard Avenue and Occidental Avenue.
Saturday, March 31
2:01 a.m. There was a report of a loud party on the 1200 block of Floribunda Avenue.
6:10 a.m. An alarm was sounding on the 1300 block of Burlingame Avenue. The front door was open, but there was no sign of criminal activity.
12:51 p.m. The front windshield of a car was smashed on the 500 block of Rollins Road.
3:42 p.m. A resident reported a dog running in the street on the 1700 block of Quesada Way.
