2:55 p.m. A man was going door to door on the 1100 block of Cambridge Road saying he was a neighbor in the area doing a school project and soliciting money. The caller said she knows all of her neighbors, and the subject was suspicious.

4:35 p.m. On the 0 block of Arundel Road, a man was frantically cleaning his car, which appeared to have just been in an accident.

10:53 p.m. The light at Broadway and California Drive was not cycling and was stuck on red in all directions.

12:50 p.m. On the 1200 block of El Camino Real, a suspicious person rang a woman's bell. When she asked who it was, he responded, "I am just going around bugging everyone."

4:02 p.m. A mother and her daughter were arguing in the middle of the street on the 1400 block of Chapin Avenue.

5:48 p.m. A resident at Frontera Way and Hunt Drive found a suspicious red box with a pipe sticking out of it in the garbage.

10:38 a.m. A two-year-old child was locked in a silver Optima on the 400 block of El Camino Real.

1:05 p.m. A male in a black sweat suit was urinating on a fence on the 900 block of California Drive. He appeared to be intoxicated.

4:45 p.m. A female was walking her leashed pit bull at Anita Road and Peninsula Avenue but didn't have control of the dog, who lunged at passerbyers.

1:48 a.m. A juvenile was on the roof of a 1900 block of Garden Drive apartment building being noisy and yelling something about Harry Potter.

12:27 p.m. Two storage lockers were pried into on the 0 block of Highland Avenue.

2:55 p.m. Homeless people have been sleeping in the back parking lot of a salon on the 1200 block of Howard Avenue.

9:52 a.m. Leaf blowers were causing a disturbance on the 200 block of Myrtle Avenue.

12:10 p.m. A garbage can was on fire in a building at Burlingame Avenue and Lorton Avenue.

4:36 p.m. An unknown subject entered a resident's backyard on the 0 block of Anita Road and took all of the recyclables.
