Week Ahead: Lectures, Classes and Easter Eggs
Take a look ahead at what's going on in Burlingame this week.

What's on tap for this week? Keep an eye out for these events and stories this week. We'll be there to cover them.
- The City Council meets Monday at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers. An assessment district to partially fund the Downtown Burlingame Avenue improvements, the temporary fire station and changes to parking time limits and rates will be discussed.
- On Tuesday, author Francis Tapon will give a talk titled Discovering the Hidden Side of Europe in the Burlingame Public Library at 7 p.m.
- The Beautification Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall’s Conference Room A on Thursday.
- On Thursday at 2 p.m., there will be a beginning Internet course at the Burlingame Public Library.
- On Thursday at noon, Burlingame Patch will be speaking at the Burlingame Lions Club lunch.
- The Burlingame Lions Club is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast Saturday in Washington Park at 9 a.m. Breakfast begins at 8 a.m. and costs $7 for adults and $4 for children. The egg hunt event is free.
