Week Ahead: Singing and School Board

What's on tap for this week? Keep an eye out for these events and stories this week. We'll be there to cover them.

• The Planning Commission meets Monday at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers.
• Are you the next Burlingame Idol? The annual singing competition begins again Monday at 7 p.m. in the Burlingame Recreation Center.
• The Burlingame Elementary School District Board of Trustees meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the district administration office. A preliminary discussion will be held on the scope of a new bond measure.
• A presentation by Buckley Education on achieving academic success will be held at the Burlingame Public Library Tuesday at 7 p.m.
• On Thursday, a multi-cultural Passover Seder will be held at Peninsula Temple Sholom at 5:45 p.m. The Seder will be led by clergy from First Presbyterian Church of Burlingame and Peninsula Temple Sholom.
• On Friday and Saturday, the St. Catherine of Siena Drama Club presents  One-Acts Episode IV.  Performances begin at 7:30 p.m.
