Boy Scouts Honored for Cleaning Creek
Local cub scouts are thanked by the Environmental Commission for removing 15 bags worth of garbage from Las Virgenes Creek.
About a dozen local Boy Scouts from Den 4 were recognized by the Environmental Commission on Tuesday for spending a day picking up litter from Las Virgenes Creek.
The scouts, which were primarly first graders, were presented with certificates of appreciation for removing 15 bags worth of garbage from the creek on Jan. 29.
