Britney Spears Denies Ex-Bodyguard's Sexual Harassment Claims
The pop singer says she and her attorneys expect the lawsuit filed against her by a former employee to be dismissed by the courts.
Britney Spears is denying accusations of sexual harassment by a former employee who claims that the pop singer walked naked around the house and had sex in front of him.
A message was posted on the Calabasas resident's website Thursday morning in response to the lawsuit filed against her on Wednesday by former bodyguard Fernando Flores.
"This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself," the post read.

Flores is seeking unspecified damages and is claiming that Spears caused him emotional distress.
The lawsuit claims that Spears made a unwanted advances toward Flores, exposed her naked body to him and also "engaged in numerous sex acts in front of Plaintiff, including, but not limited to, having sexual intercourse."

The document also states that the pop singer would argue and swear with her boyfriend in front of her children and that Flores recalled one night at an Anaheim hotel where Spears was "loudly having sexual relations while her two children were in the suite with her."
In her response, Spears said a local government agency has already closed the book on the matter in her favor.
"The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action," the post read. "Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts."
