Calabasas Boasts America's Most Enviable Lifestyle, Survey Finds

CALABASAS, CA — The Calabasas-based Kardashians clan are known for their love of luxury, so it should come as no surprise that the Calabasas lifestyle was ranked as the most enviable in the nation, according to a survey of 3,000 Americans.

According to the survey by the moving industry analysts at Moving Feedback, the Los Angeles suburb topped the list of 175 communities with the most enviable lifestyles. It was one of 11 California towns to make the list. In a post-pandemic-era shift, the suburbs are knocking metropolitan areas such as New York City, San Francisco, and Miami from their perches as having the most enviable lifestyles for residents.

Now, people appear to be pining for large digs close to nature with low crime rates, good schools and luxury amenities.

According to Moving Feedback, "Calabasas is known for its upscale neighborhoods with luxurious properties, beautiful scenery, and proximity to natural attractions such as the Santa Monica Mountains. The city’s low crime rate, excellent schools, and various high-end amenities also contribute to its reputation as an attractive and affluent community."

Factors that appeared to sway panelists included real estate value, safety, quality of infrastructure, proximity to nature and financial opportunities.
