Calabasas Comms. Director Named NATOA President-Elect

NATOA is a local government professional association, providing support to its members on administrative rulings and more.

CALABASAS, CA — City of Calabasas Communications Director Michael Russo was named 2019-2020 President-Elect of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA).

In the volunteer role, the President-Elect will serve under an incoming President for one year and Russo will take over as President in fall 2020, the City press release said.

"I’m very excited to have this opportunity. With term limits, Board members can serve only two two-year terms, and I was at the end of my service time on the Board. But I wanted to continue serving NATOA and working with a great team of people. It’s a great opportunity to give back to my profession and an honor that membership chose me," said Russo.
