Person Killed, Pinned Between 2 Vehicles In Calabasas: Police

The victim was exiting his vehicle in a parking lot at the time of the crash, police said.

CALABASAS, CA — A person died after he was pinned between two vehicles over the weekend in Calabasas, according to police.

The incident occurred shortly after 2:30 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot near the 26400 block of Rondell Street, police said. A vehicle entered the lot from Las Virgenes Road, accelerated uncontrollably and collided with a parked vehicle, according to police, pinning the victim, who was exiting his vehicle.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
