• Rideshare driver accused of raping customer in Camarillo, other victims sought (nbclosangeles.com) — A rideshare passenger was allegedly raped in Camarillo after being driven there from Thousand Oaks, and Ventura County investigators believe there may be additional victims. Deputies arrested a 35-year-old driver, who faces a rape charge and remains in custody on high bail. Detectives are urging anyone with information or similar experiences in Camarillo to contact them or leave an anonymous tip.
