3 Alleged Brothel Owners Arrested In San Jose

Three men are accused of human trafficking and four women were rescued from residential brothel operations, according to police.

SAN JOSE, CA — Three men face human trafficking charges after a two-month investigation into residential brothels in San Jose, according to police.

Officials said the Human Trafficking Task Force began looking into the case after receiving multiple community tips in recent months. The investigation led detectives to three addresses suspected of housing the brothels. The HTTF worked with other police units to execute search warrants last Wednesday at homes on Palacio Royal Circle, Bonita Avenue and Gifford Avenue, police said.

While serving the warrants, investigators said they found four women who were survivors of human trafficking and connected them with resources for help.
