4 San Jose Men Arrested, Accused Of Fatal Shooting, Police Say
The fatal shooting occurred in February on Cadillac Drive in San Jose, according to the police department.
SAN JOSE, CA — Four San Jose men were arrested on suspicion of murder following a lengthy investigation that connected the suspects to a February fatal shooting that left one victim, Juan Garcia, dead on the 3100 block of Cadillac Drive in San Jose, the police department reported.
Suspect Jose Rosales, 21, was served with the arrest warrant while in custody at Santa Clara County Jail on related charges. Suspect Emilio Avila, 19, was also served with the arrest warrant while in custody at Elmwood Correctional Facility in Milpitas on unrelated charges.
The San Jose Police Department's Covert Response Unit apprehended suspect Victor Martinez, 18, and suspect Ruben Huezoortiz, 24 while in San Jose. Both were booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
