6 SJ Residents Arrested, Accused Of Dollar Tree Murder: Police
The fatal stabbing occurred at the Dollar Tree store on Capitol Avenue on April 4, SJ police said.
SAN JOSE, CA — Two women and four men are in custody on suspicion of a murder last month involving a man following a confrontation and chase with the San Jose residents, the police department reported.
San Jose police officers responded to a 6:48 a.m. call on April 4 to the Dollar Tree Store at 1178 North Capitol Avenue in San Jose on a report of a person stabbed. Arriving officers discovered the victim, Ryan Rousse, inside the store, suffering from at least one stab wound. The 32-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The investigation revealed that an earlier call describing the victim's confrontation with the group of suspects led to the call ending at the store, where a physical confrontation resulted in the stabbing, police said. The suspects fled prior to police arrival.
