Attempted Homicide At San Jose Library Was Gang-Related: Police

Two suspects were arrested in connection with the Monday incident.

SAN JOSE, CA — Two suspects were charged in connection with an attempted homicide at Hillview Public Library in San Jose on Monday, according to the San Jose Police Department. Police said the incident was gang-related.

Raul Hernandez, a 20-year-old San Jose resident, and a 14-year-old male juvenile were arrested Wednesday in connection with the incident at a residence in the 2100 block of Lyons Drive.
