City Of Campbell Park Improvement Project

Demolition of existing play equipment and the restroom building followed by preparation of the site will be the first orders of work.

Construction for the Campbell Park Improvement Project began as the contractor, Goodland Landscape Construction, installed construction fencing around the project site which includes the restroom building. Temporary restrooms and handwashing stations are being provided for public use and are located near the Campbell Park parking lot on Gilman Avenue.

All paths within the park will remain open during construction, however, parking will be impacted. Twelve parking stalls in the parking lot will be unavailable for public use as this area is being blocked off for construction staging and equipment. On-street parking is available along Gilman Avenue, Dillon Avenue, the south side of East Campbell Avenue between Railway Avenue and Dillon Avenue and the north side of East Campbell Avenue between Civic Center Drive and Page Street.

Construction is scheduled to complete in October 2022. Typical working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
