Fatal South Bay Shooting Under Investigation

The shooting occurred Thursday night, police said.

SAN JOSÉ, CA — Authorities are investigating a South Bay double-shooting Thursday night that left at least one person dead, San José police said.

Officers at around 10:30 p.m. Thursday responding to the 1100 block of East Williams St. found two adult victims, each suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police said.

The agency at 7:47 a.m. Friday said in a tweet the agency is investigating the shooting as a homicide.
