Olympic Tryouts To Be Hosted By USOC At 24 Hour Fitness
If you think you have what it takes to make the U.S. Olympic team, come out to the 24 Hour Fitness in San Jose at 9 a.m. on Saturday.

SAN JOSE, CA -- The U.S. Olympic Committee is looking for Games players by hosting tryouts for hopefuls at 24 Hour Fitness.
Collegiate and amateur athletes can test their skills against the best at the local Bay Area tryouts, which will take place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 24 Hour Fitness located at 1610 Crane Ct. in San Jose.
The USOC and 24 Hour Fitness partnered for the endeavor.

Athletic testing will go on in three stations including 30-meter sprint, pull ups and vertical jumps. The aim is to test strength, mobility and endurance, with the option of qualifying for the next step.
About 50 finalists split between men and women will advance to the second round of competition.

Finalists will travel for additional screening to the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, the epicenter of world-class training for American athletes. These finalists will have a chance to win one of six coveted spots to train with Team USA.
