
Stolen Cell Phone:
A man, accompanied by a friend, asked a 20-year-old if he could borrow his cell phone on the 1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday. The two took off with the phone. They were arrested by Campbell Police on suspicion of robbery. They are Tyler Richard, 18 and Titus Williams, 20.
Burglary in Process: Three men were arrested removing property from a business at the 2200 Block of South Bascom Avenue just before 11 p.m. They are Tye Freitas, 28, Joseph Pesti, 43 and David Long, 44. All were found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
Passat Stolen: A VW Passat was stolen on the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue overnight.
Car Window Smashed: A car window was smashed on the 300 block of Union Avenue overnight.
Stolen Car Found: A green Acura was found at Harrison and Hamilton Avenue at 7:10 p.m.
Shoplift: Jose Baltazar, 23, was arrested after allegedly stealing items from a store on the 600 block of Hamilton Avenue at 8:20 p.m. He was under the influence of an illegal stimulant, police said.
DUI: Javier Pacheco, 53, was arrested for DUI at 9:45 p.m. at the 900 block of Sharmon Palms.
DUI Crash: Bill Majesky, 62, collided with three cars at West Hamilton and Marathon at 11:38 p.m. He fled the scene but was arrested and suspected of DUI on alcohol, Vicodin and Seroquel.
Assault, theft: Celina Villarie, 21, was arrested for allegedly punching an employee of a store on the 2300 block of Winchester at 1:24 a.m. after he accused her of stealing. She locked herself in the restroom and was booked by police, who said she was too drunk to care for herself.
Four tires slashed: Someone on the 500 block of West Hacienda had all four tires of his car slashed between 5:45 p.m. and 2:45 a.m.
