San Jose Car Show Set To Benefit March Of Dimes

More than 200 vehicles from the classics to the modified cars will be featured in the free event.

SAN JOSE, CA — Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose is hosting Saturday the second annual SAMBAMM Car Show, one of the largest shows in south San Jose, with proceeds from the event set to benefit March of Dimes.

The nonprofit organization leads the fight for the health of moms and babies through advocacy, research, support and education.

SAMBAMM will feature more than 200 cars ranging from classic vehicles to the latest modified vehicles.

Food trucks and fun activities for children will be on hand for the free event scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. A registered vehicle "roll in" is slated for 9 a.m.

The McKenzie’s, a March of Dimes mission family with a child who spent 82 days in Good Samaritan’s Level III NICU, will be there to share their story, as well as representatives from BAMM and the hospital’s unit.

Good Samaritan Hospital is located at 2425 Samaritan Dr. in San Jose, with the car show situated in the parking lot on the east side of the hospital.
