Santa Clara Co. Offers Immigrant Relations Paid Fellowship
The full-time, paid internships run from June 10 to Aug. 16. Applications are due by April 12.
SAN JOSE, CA -- The county's Office of Immigrant Relations is accepting applications for its annual New American Fellows, a full time, 10-week paid internship for DACA recipients who live, work or attend school in Santa Clara County.
The program, which pays $25 per hour, runs from June 10 through Aug. 16. Fellows will work with several county agencies and are urged to focus on social justice.
Those interested must submit their application by April 12. The Office of Immigrant Relations will notify participants on May 10.

“Each cycle of New Americans Fellows has brought the county bold, impactful thinkers who offer both personal and innovative perspectives that have enriched our work as a whole," Santa Clara County Supervisor Dave Cortese said.
