Man Accused Of Recording Girls In Bay Area Middle School Locker Room
Police allege the man trespassed on school grounds and accessed the occupied locker room before he was confronted by staff.

SAN JOSE, CA — A San Jose man is accused of multiple sex crimes after police allege he trespassed at a middle school, entered the girls' locker room, and began recording underage victims with his phone.
According to police, the school reported an unknown man had entered the campus on Bret Harte Drive on Monday afternoon. Police said the man made his way to the locker room, while juveniles were inside and recorded video before he was confronted by staff and fled the property.
Detectives with the Sexual Assault Investigations Unit (SAIU) took on the case and canvassed the neighborhood with patrol officers. Police said the investigation led them to a primary suspect, who was identified Friday as Trevis Street, 41, of San Jose.

Investigators executed an arrest warrant Wednesday in San Jose with help from the Special Operations Violent Crimes Enforcement Team (VCET) and the Metro Unit. Street was booked into the Main Jail on suspicion of having child sexual abuse material and recording juveniles with a camera in a private area.
According to jail records, bail was set at $1 million and Street remains in custody at Elmwood Correctional Facility. Anyone with information related to the case can contact SAIU detectives at 408-277-4102.
