SJ Youth Coach Arrested, Accused Of Child Sex Crimes: Police
The National Jr Basketball coach faces allegations of sexual penetration, aggravated assault of a 12-year-old for about a year: SJ Police.

SAN JOSE, CA -- A San Jose basketball coach was arrested on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault and committing lewd acts with a 12-year-old girl, the San Jose Police Department reported Friday.
The department's Internet Crimes Against Children unit took David Keiser, 53, into custody on multiple felony counts of crimes that include sexual penetration of a child under 14. He was booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
Detectives received information on March 31 that Keiser sexually assaulted the 12 year-old female victim on multiple occasions over a one-year period ending in March, police said.

During the course of the investigation, detectives learned that the suspect is a National Junior Basketball Coach in the Almaden Area of San Jose. The National Junior Basketball League is a nonprofit youth league with over 25,000 boys and girls grades K-12 in six states.
