South San Jose Fire Displaces Six People
The blaze affecting two structures broke out at about 5:15 a.m. No one was hurt.

SAN JOSE, CA -- Six adults, two children were displaced when a 1-alarm fire ripped through an outpost building and affected the main house on Senter Road Wednesday morning, San Jose Fire reported.
No one was hurt.
The American Red Cross responded to the scene to assist the occupants.

The incident called in about 5:15 a.m. at the southside home in the 3900 block of Senter Road resulted in the single-family dwelling losing power, Capt. Mitch Matlow told Patch. It appears some people were occupying the outpost, he added.
The early morning blaze is under investigation.
