Suspects Identified From Trump Rally Violence In San Jose

Police identify four suspects arrested during sporadic violence that broke out following a Donald Trump rally in San Jose, then ask for help

SAN JOSE - Police investigators have identified four suspects arrested during sporadic violence that broke out following a Donald Trump rally in last week in San Jose.

The four, arrested on three felonies and a misdemeanor, were identified as 19-year-old Ahmed Abdirahman, 18-year-old Robert Trillo, 19-year-old Antonio Fernandez and 19-year-old Michael Kitaigorodsky.

The first three suspects were arrested on charges of Assault with A Deadly Weapon, a felony.

Michael Kitaigorodsky was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of Refusal to Disperse.

Police continue to investigate the highly-publicized random incidents, widely seen on social media, and are asking anyone who was assaulted or injured during the rally to contact San Jose PD investigators immediately.

Police say they need any person who was a victim of a crime, or can provide valuable witness information, to come forward so they can complete the investigation and bring appropriate charges.

Person with information are urged to contact the San Jose Police Department’s Assault’s Unit at 408-277-4161 or “311”.

Police say persons providing information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect may be eligible for a cash reward from the Silicon Valley Crime Stoppers.

Three suspects are residents of San Jose; Abdirahman is a resident of Santa Clara.

The four suspects were booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for the listed offenses.
