Teacher's Aide Arrested, Accused Of Teen Sex Crimes: Police
The San Jose man, who worked at Sylvandale Middle School, is accused of child molestation, exploitation of two teenage boys.

SAN JOSE, CA — A 44-year-old San Jose man who worked as a teacher's aide was arrested on suspicion of child molestation-related offenses with two boys under age 18, the San Jose Police Department reported.
According to the police report, the suspect identified as Junior Labsan Bitao either annoyed or molesting the 13- and 15-year-olds in some instances touching a victim intimately against his will for sexual arousal.
Bitao worked as an aide in classes at Sylvandale Middle School in San Jose.

Sylvandale Middle School staff contacted the police department to report the suspect’s involvement in the case on May 30. The investigation revealed that between April 17, 2019 and May 1, 2019, Bitao may have committed the sex crimes.
Detectives took Bitao into custody, and he was booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
