3 Mid-County Residents Charged with DUI over Weekend

There weren't a lot of mid-county arrests over the weekend, but there were several people caught driving under the influence.

There were seven people from Aptos and Soquel arrested between last Friday and Sunday, according to Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office arrest logs.

Notable, no one from Capitola was put in jail over the weekend. Of the seven arrests, three were DUIs, while the others were relatively tame. See details below.

1:19 p.m.: Carlos Abel Bates-Sanchez, 20, of Aptos, receiving stolen property, 259 Water St., Santa Cruz

6:17 p.m.: Nicholas Stanshu Dolan, 24, of Aptos, vandalism, 1443 Capitola Road

11:54 p.m.: Mark Richard Dickson, 54, of Soquel, public intoxication, Broadway and Caledonia, Santa Cruz

March 9:

7:26 a.m.: Kyle Edward Lawler, 22, of Aptos, DUI, Bay Avenue and Hwy 1

7:45 a.m.: Rochelle Raelene Tisone, 23, of Soquel, DUI, 15th and E. Cliff

March 10:

7:47 a.m.: Michael James Gardella, 29, of Aptos, DUI with a prior, Fairmount and Morrissey in Santa Cruz

8:27 p.m.: Brian August Plympton, 21, of Aptos, theft, 801 Magnolia St. in Santa Cruz
