Animal Abuse: Nicholas Simon Cooper was arrested for approaching a dog no leash and kicking it on 36th Avenue and East Cliff.

Grand Theft: A bicycle worth $2,000 was stolen from outside Ugly Mug.

Petty Theft: A woman was cited for shoplifting from Sears at 4:01 p.m.
