April 13:

Vandalism: The bathrooms on the Esplanade were vandalised at 11:30 p.m.

Vandalism: A car was vandalised on the 800 block of Balboa at 12:30 p.m.

Petty Theft: A bike was stolen from the 900 block of Ponselle Lane at 8 p.m.

Vehicle Theft: 2000 block, Edmund Lane, 5:02 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A woman was arrested on the 2100 block of 41st Avenue at 1:56 a.m.

Trespassing: Michael Antonio Holt was arrested at 1555 Soquel Dr. 

Petty Theft with Prior Conviction: Daren Lee Davis was arrested for stealing a $50 bottle of champagne from Safeway on 41st Avenue at 5:19 p.m.

DUI: A woman was arrested on the 900 block of Capitola Avenue

Petty Theft/False ID to Police: A female juvenile was arrested on the 4000 block of Capitola Road at 4:02 p.m.

Driving with a Suspended License: Park Avenue and Highway 1, 2:11 a.m.

DUI: Clares Street and Derby Avenue, 9:54 p.m.

Commercial Burglary: 4200 block, Capitola Road, 7:15 p.m.

Commercial Burglary: A couple used counterfeit money to pay for dinner at Cafe Cruz.

Possession of Stolen Property: Terrence Loren Mashburn was arrested for having a stolen bicycle and a meth pipe in Soquel.
