Capitola Residents Invited To Community Meeting
Live Oak neighbors are invited to discuss the future of a publicly-owned parcel near the intersection of 17th Avenue and Capitola Road.

From Santa Cruz County: The County of Santa Cruz is inviting Live Oak neighbors to discuss the future of a 3.8-acre, publicly-owned parcel near the intersection of 17th Avenue and Capitola Road.
The large, infill site was formerly owned by the County's Redevelopment Agency, and must be sold under state law. Before that occurs, the County is seeking neighborhood input to create a plan for this once-in-a-generation opportunity to give Live Oak a community gathering point, provide neighborhood benefits and
establish a foundation for the future.
Live Oak neighbors are encouraged to attend the meeting, which will include a presentation and breakout groups to foster collaboration and consensus. Please join us!
