In this Facebook post, police ask you to take a look at the man captured here on surveillance video and see if you recognize him.

Over the past few months, several Aptos residents have captured surveillance video of this man prowling around their yards. He has distinct tattoos on both hands and knuckles but we are having a hard time identifying him. Please watch the video paying attention to his clothing, body language, and tattoos.
