• 98 Rock Blood Drive Brings Out Donors (citrusheightsmessenger.com) — Carmichael residents Craig and volunteer Russell Muir played visible roles in a three-day 98 Rock “Roll Up Your Sleeve” blood drive at the Marketplace at Birdcage in Citrus Heights. Despite cold, wet weather, more than 100 donations were collected, with families from Carmichael and across the region turning blood donation into an annual tradition to support patients throughout Sacramento-area hospitals.
