We are seeking Massage Therapists (CMT), Neuromuscular Therapists, Physical Therapists, Health Care Professionals, Acupuncture/Accupressure, Cupping, Stretching Specialists, or other Medical/Therapeutic Professionals. The two offices posted here are fully furnished with a hydraulic table, table heater & sherpa table cover, room air purifier, shelves/credenza, towel warmer, hot stone warmer, fan, room heater, lights, client chair and table. There is laundry service available for an additional fee. All rooms are decorated and furnished. The ambient temperature of the office is controlled by building owner, but so far it’s always been very warm and pleasant in the office.

Our location is in Castro Valley, with an ample parking lot. It’s a 15-20 minute walk (Straight and paved, no hills) from the CV BART station.  We are located on the 2nd floor of a retail/office building with quiet neighbors. 

At In Working Order, you own and operate your own individually licensed practice and control every aspect of your business (days, hours, pricing, retail). You have access to your studio based on the hours you select, and there is a reception area and a shared break room. 

Studios start at 135-200  per shift/per month and are move-in ready with tables, linens, equipment and shelves/storage—everything you need to open your own practice and provide a safe, clean, cozy experience. I would also be willing to offer a rent discount for CMTs who specialize in PreNatal massage and/or proficiently speak a 2nd language common to the Bay Area.

We offer two bodywork rooms with negotiable schedules. One room is currently available 7 days a week, and the other is available weekends and some weekday shifts. 

Shifts are 830-315 and 330-10.

Your rent includes everything! What we offer to our suite leasees:

-Decor, furnishings, lighting, proper equipment (one of the rooms still has a conventional table, which will be replaced by a hydraulic table soon)
