    • The Westwood Library hosts French Conversation for French speakers of all levels at 6 p.m.   The library is at 1246 Glendon Ave. 
    • Heroes Golf Course is offering a special two-for-one deal to Patch readers beginning today. To receive the discount, just mention this Patch board post. The course is at 11301 Wilshire Blvd. and is a nine-hole, par course located in Brentwood on the grounds of the West Los Angeles VA Hospital. The offer runs through Sept. 20.
