UCLA Police Say Man Inappropriately Touched Woman in Campus Building

The incident occurs on the A-Level of Murphy Hall near the elevators.

UCLA police detectives Wednesday were seeking to locate a man who approached a woman in a campus administrative building and inappropriately touched her.

The suspect approached the woman around 6:50 p.m. Sunday at the A-Level of Murphy Hall near the elevators and asked for directions, then touched her, according to the UCLA Police Department.

He fled after the woman said she was calling police.

The suspect was described as 20 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. He was wearing a beige sweater with dark brown stripes, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and was carrying a black backpack.
