Man, Suffering Medical Problem, Crashes into Verizon Store
Police said no other injuries were reported and no crimes were committed.

DOWNEY, CA - A man suffering a medical problem crashed his car into a Verizon store in Downey on Wednesday night and was taken to a hospital.
The crash occurred at about 10 p.m. at the Verizon store in the 12000 block of Lakewood Boulevard, between Stewart and Gray Road and Alameda Street, according to Downey police Lt. Scott Loughner.
"I don't know what his medical problem was or his current condition, but he's been transported to a hospital for treatment," Loughner said.

No other injuries were reported, Loughner said, adding there was no crime involved in the accident.
