Citrus Heights Burgers Will Support Missions Trip to Asia

A Citrus Heights burger joint will soon be supporting a trip to the other side of the globe.

The Sunrise Boulevard Fuddruckers is working with a Placerville auto body shop to hold a fundraiser for a Simpson University student planning to travel to central Asia in June for a missions trip.

"We will spend six weeks working alongside long-term [Christian Missionary Alliance] workers to teach the local youth about important topics such as purity, character and moral decisions," Placerville native Hanna Dewater writes.

The Fuddruckers fundraiser for Dewater will be held April 5 in Placerville, at Hangtown Auto Body, 485 Pierroz Road.
