A Citrus Heights shopping center may get a mini makeover if the planning commission approves the changes.
According to the Sacramento Business Journal, the Marketplace at Birdcage center may make some changes that would result in a more than 38,000-square-foot spot that could be used for grocery or retail.
The shopping center, located at Sunrise Boulevard and Greenback Lane, is home to large retailers like Old Navy, Target, Barnes & Noble and Cost Plus World Market, as well as smaller businesses like Bath & Body Works, Gymboree Play and Jamba Juice.
If approved, 30 more parking spaces would be included in the changes, according to the SBJ.
