• Citrus Heights Police to hold first-ever hiring event (citrusheightssentinel.com) — Citrus Heights residents interested in law enforcement careers can attend the Police Department’s first-ever Hiring Clinic on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at 6 p.m. at 6315 Fountain Square Drive. The relaxed, informational session lets you meet officers, learn about the hiring process, and ask questions, but requires advance registration due to limited space.

See which ones (sacbee.com) — A Citrus Heights favorite, Locos Tacos Inc ranked No. 11 on Yelp’s 2025 list of top taco spots in the nation, just missing the top 10.
