Detective Chad Morris explained the roommates heard a loud "thud" at the front door and opened it to find the victim lying on the stoop. Due to a language barrier, though, officers were not able to gain a full understanding of what may have happened to the victim, Morris said.
Citrus Heights Police are searching for a suspect, though no description has been given, Morris said. The man is estimated to be somewhere between the age of 20 and 30. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Citrus Heights Police Department at 916-727-5500.
