One Injured in Claremont House Fire

The cause of the fire was unknown at this time and the blaze was knocked down within 15 minutes.

CLAREMONT, CA - One person was injured in a house fire early Wednesday morning, the Los Angeles County Fire Department reported.

The fire started at around 5:55 a.m. at the 1100 block of N. Yale Avenue, a county fire spokeswoman said.

The fire was knocked down within 15 minutes and one person was transported to an area hospital.
