Teenage Boys Seriously Wounded in Pomona Shooting
The two victims were standing with another young man when a gunman walked up and began firing at the trio.

Police were searching Thursday for whoever shot and seriously wounded two teenaged boys on the street in Pomona.
The two 17-year-old youths were shot at Norval and Franklin streets just before 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to Pomona police Lt. Chuck Becker.
The two victims were standing with another young man when a gunman walked up and began firing at the trio, police said. The suspect ran from the scene after the shooting and may have fled in a dark Honda seen speeding away from the area by witnesses, Becker said.
