LA VERNE, CA — City officials are looking for volunteers to deliver holiday goodie bags on Dec. 25 as part of La Verne's Christmas Morning Program.

Volunteers will walk throughout the city from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., delivering bags filled with candy, fruit and peanuts to children across La Verne, city officials said. Anyone interested in volunteering must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
