You are hereby notified that on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 1950 Parkside Drive, Concord, California, the Planning Commission will conduct a Special Meeting/Public Hearing to consider the following application:

Considering adoption of Resolution No. 23-01PC recommending the City Council approve a Minor Use Permit, Administrative Permit, and Design and Site Review, and adopt an ordinance for a Development Agreement for a cannabis retail storefront use located at 1440 Concord Avenue, Suite B. The General Plan designation for this site is West Concord Mixed Use (WCMU), and the zoning classification is West Concord Mixed Use (WMX); APN: 126-020-108. CEQA: Exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
