DUI Suspected In Fatal Concord Crash: Police
BREAKING: A Concord woman died in the head-on collision late Sunday on Willow Pass Road near the Kinne Bridge, according to Concord police.

CONCORD, CA — A Concord woman killed by a suspected drunk driver who veered into her lane and crashed into her car head-on was identified Monday as 21-year-old Natalie Davies, according to the county coroner's office and police. The crash happened when Davies was driving a Toyota Camry west on Willow Pass Road near the Kinne Bridge at 11:57 p.m. Sunday, Concord police said.
A drunk driver in a Dodge Journey SUV was headed in the opposite direction. He crossed into the oncoming lane and hit Davies' Camry. Davies was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger, a Bay Point resident, was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
The Dodge driver suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a hospital. He was arrested there on suspicion of drunk driving.

Police closed Willow Pass Road for four hours early Monday morning to investigate.
